  • Casting is the first procedure for manufacturing aluminum material:
    a. Batching: according to the specific grade alloy to the manufactured, calculate the addition levels of various alloy ingredients, and reasonably allocate various raw materials.
    b. Smelting: add the allocated raw material into the smelting furnace for smelting according to the process requirements, and effectively remove the miscellaneous residue and gas in the molten mass through degassing, deslagging, refining and other means.
    c. Zirconium casting: the molten aluminum melt is cooled and cast to the round cast rods of various specifications through the deep well casting system at certain casting process conditions.
  • Extrusion:
    Extrusion: extrusion is the means for profile forming. Design and manufacture the mold according to the profile product section, and extrude the round cast rod heated from the mold for forming.
  • Coloring
    Surface pre-treatment: clean the profile surface with the chemical or physical method, and expose the pure matrix, so as to obtain the complete and dense artificial oxidation film. The mirror surface or matting surface can also be obtained through the mechanical means. b. Anodic oxidation: for the profile subject to surface pre-treatment, anodic oxidation occurs at the matrix surface at certain process conditions, and a dense and porous AL203 film layer with strong adsorption force is generated. a.     c. Hole sealing: seal the pore of the porous oxidation film generated after anodic oxidation, so as to enhance pollution prevention, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxidation film. The oxidation film is colorless and transparent, strong adsorbability of the oxidation film before hole sealing is utilized for adsorption and deposition of some metal salt in the pore, and many colors beyond the natural color can appear at the profile surface.
